Changes in land cover to reduce erosion and peak discharge of sub-watershed of Danau Limau Manis

Land cover change is a strategic issue in the Subwatershed of Danau Limau Manis. The community was triggered by big earthquake September 30, 2009, so people moved to upper watershed. problem increasing number people, damage watershed ecosystem. This can be seen from erosion river water and availability during rainy season dry season. An appropriate solution needed reduce modeling land cover. study aims determine value soil peak discharge. Erosion using rational formula modified universal loss equation model based on units unit an overlay maps, slope maps. that produce exceed tolerance limit are carried out with scenario spatial multi-criteria analysis model.
